Description

Model BQ198 automatic warp knotting machine, compatible with USTER TOPMATIC knotting machine, is used to connect various warp yarns fixed on the knotting frame, it adopts world-class knotting technology, and enjoys high performance, high efficiency, high flexibility and high quality, it is an ideal knotting solution for demands from all weaving workshops, such as rapier weaving, airjet weaving, waterjet weaving, and projectile weaving.

The machine is equipped with the latest designed knotting frame and the most reliable knotting mechanism, the preparation of warp yarn becomes simple and swift,and the knotting process is quite short, which dramatically reduces the waiting time of the weaving looms.

This machine has different versions available:

BQ198 warp knotting machine without lease	This version works only with warp yarns without lease, i.e. sheet to sheet, mainly for cotton yarns, and also those cotton yarns or polyester yarns used on warp knitting machines.
BQ198 warp knotting machine with lease	This version is the most popular version, and it works for all kind of yarns, either fine counts, or coarse counts, warp yarns with lease or without lease.
BQ198 warp knotting machine with lease double knot	This version works for all kind of yarns, either fine counts, or coarse counts, warp yarns with lease or without lease, and for nylon or monofilament yarns, it provides double knot function.
